PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains what information MOSH ("we", "the site", available at degenmosh.fun) processes when you use it, and — just as importantly — what we don't. MOSH is built to need as little of your information as possible.
1. What we do NOT collect
- No accounts, no emails, no passwords. There is no sign-up. You use the site with a Solana wallet you control.
- No private keys, ever. MOSH is non-custodial. All transactions and message signatures happen inside your own wallet application. Your keys never touch our servers and we can never move your funds.
- No identity data / no KYC. We do not collect names, government IDs, phone numbers, or addresses.
- No advertising trackers. We do not run third-party ad or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or rent any data to anyone.
2. What is processed when you use MOSH
- Public wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet and interact (launch a token, trade perps points, post in chat, complete quests, use a referral link), your public wallet address is stored alongside that activity (e.g. points, positions, leaderboard entries). Wallet addresses are already public information on the Solana blockchain.
- Content you submit. Token names, symbols, descriptions, links and images you submit at launch are published publicly (including to IPFS, which is a public, permanent network). Chat messages you post are visible to other users and stored with your wallet address.
- Local storage on your device. Preferences like your watchlist, referral code and UI state are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting infrastructure keeps routine technical logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security, abuse prevention and debugging, as virtually all websites do. These are not used for profiling.
3. Third-party services
To function, MOSH talks to a small set of third-party services. When your browser or our server contacts them, they receive standard request metadata (such as IP address):
- Solana RPC providers — to read and submit blockchain transactions you sign.
- Jupiter Data APIs — for token prices, charts, holder data and metadata.
- IPFS storage & gateways (Pinata, Filebase, ipfs.io) — for token images and metadata.
- Font & script CDNs (Google Fonts, jsDelivr/unpkg) — for fonts and the charting library.
Each of these operates under its own privacy policy.
4. Public by design
Blockchains are public. Anything you do on-chain (launching a token, trading) is permanently visible to everyone, independent of MOSH. Leaderboards, points, chat messages and token pages on this site are also public. Don't post anything in chat you wouldn't want associated with your wallet address.
5. Data retention & removal
Activity records (points, trades, chat) are retained to operate the product (e.g. seasons and leaderboards). Chat history older than 24 hours is pruned from live rooms. If you want a chat message or an off-chain record associated with your wallet removed, contact us — note that on-chain data and IPFS content cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
6. Children
MOSH is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
